How to Export PDF Pages as Images

Exporting a PDF as images creates an individual image file for each page. This is useful for sharing a single page, making previews, or using page visuals in image-based workflows.

Export PDF pages

  1. Select a PDF in Finder.
  2. Choose Zipic’s PDF-to-images action from the context menu.
  3. Choose WebP or JPG and start processing.
  4. Review the page images in the output location.

Choosing WebP or JPG

WebP is commonly used for web images, while JPG suits workflows that need broad image compatibility. Choose based on the destination platform and check that text and detail remain clear.

Pages and output files

Each PDF page is exported as a separate image. A document with many pages creates many images, so leave enough disk space and confirm the required pages in the output folder.
