The Service

pangjiong.com is the personal website of independent developer Pangjiong, offering desktop software and online tools for discovery, purchase and download. Digital products, including software licenses and service credits, are sold through a third-party Merchant of Record, which handles order processing, tax calculation and collection, and invoicing.

Purchases & Licenses

After a successful purchase, product access is activated and an order email is sent to the address provided at checkout. The scope and duration of access are shown on the purchase page. Purchased access is for the buyer's own use and may not be resold or shared publicly.

Refunds

Digital products can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Contact us via the contact page or reply to your purchase email. The associated license is revoked upon refund. See the refund policy page for details.

Intellectual Property

The author owns the intellectual property rights to the website content and software sold here. A purchase grants the right to use the software, without transferring copyright or redistribution rights.

Breach & Termination

If you breach these terms, including by reselling or publicly sharing purchased access, abusing online services, or engaging in infringement or fraud, we may revoke the associated licenses or suspend or terminate the service provided to you. Payments will be handled in accordance with the refund policy. In serious cases, we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies. Termination does not affect usage rights you lawfully obtained from orders completed before termination.

Limitation of Liability

The software is provided “as is”. We strive to ensure its quality but are not liable for indirect losses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid.
