Zipic guide
Does Zipic Upload My Images or PDFs?
The Zipic macOS app processes selected images and PDFs on your Mac and does not upload source files to a server. Outputs are created locally, and source files remain unchanged.
Where files are processed
Image compression, PDF compression, images to PPT, PDF page export, and images to PDF run locally in the macOS app. Select files in Finder to start an action, and outputs are created on your Mac.
Are source files modified?
Zipic creates processed files and keeps the originals. Review the new files in the output location before sharing them or organizing your source material.
macOS app and web version
The Zipic macOS app integrates with Finder and includes five image and PDF tools. Zipic Web is a separate online entry point; its usage and capabilities are distinct from the macOS app.
