Zipic guide

How to Enable the Zipic Finder Extension

Zipic’s macOS file actions start in Finder. After installing the app, enable its Finder extension in System Settings. Then select files and choose a Zipic tool from the context menu.

Install and enable the extension

  1. Get and install Zipic from the Mac App Store.
  2. Open System Settings → General → Login Items & Extensions → Extensions → Finder.
  3. Turn on Zipic in the Finder extensions list.

Start in Finder

Return to Finder, select the images, PDFs, or folder you want to process, open the context menu, and choose a Zipic action. You can select multiple supported files for batch processing.

If Zipic is missing from the context menu, first confirm that the Finder extension is enabled. Reopen the Finder window after changing the extension setting.

Troubleshooting

Still cannot see Zipic? Confirm that the app is installed and check the Finder extension switch in System Settings. You can also open Zipic once, then return to Finder and check the context menu again.
