服务说明 / The Service

pangjiong.com 是独立开发者胖囧（Pangjiong）的个人网站，提供桌面软件与在线工具的展示、销售和下载。 网站上的数字产品（软件许可证、在线服务额度等）由第三方支付处理商作为记录商（Merchant of Record）完成销售， 由其负责订单处理、税务计算与收取、发票开具。

pangjiong.com is the personal website of indie developer Pangjiong, offering desktop software and online tools. Digital products (software licenses, service credits) are sold through a third-party Merchant of Record, which handles order processing, tax calculation and collection, and invoicing.

购买与许可 / Purchases & Licenses

购买成功后，产品权益自动生效，订单邮件会发送到您付款时填写的邮箱。权益范围及有效期以购买页面为准。 购买权益仅限购买者本人使用，不得转售或公开分享。

After a successful purchase, product access is activated and an order email is sent to the address provided at checkout. The scope and duration of access are shown on the purchase page. Purchased access is for the buyer's own use and may not be resold or shared publicly.

退款 / Refunds

数字产品支持购买后 7 天内无理由退款。如需退款，请通过网站联系页或回复购买邮件与我们联系， 退款后对应许可证将被吊销。详见退款政策页。

Digital products can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Contact us via the contact page or reply to your purchase email. The associated license is revoked upon refund.

知识产权 / Intellectual Property

网站内容与所售软件的知识产权归作者所有。购买获得的是使用权，不包括软件的版权或再分发权。

违约责任与终止 / Breach & Termination

如果您违反本条款（包括但不限于转售、公开分享购买权益、滥用在线服务、从事侵权或欺诈行为）， 我们有权吊销相关许可证、暂停或终止向您提供服务，已支付费用按退款政策处理； 情节严重的，我们保留追究法律责任的权利。条款终止不影响终止前已完成订单中您已合法获得的使用权。

If you breach these terms (including reselling or publicly sharing purchased access, abusing online services, or engaging in infringement or fraud), we may revoke the associated licenses, suspend or terminate the service provided to you, with payments handled per the refund policy. In serious cases we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies. Termination does not affect usage rights you lawfully obtained from orders completed before termination.

责任限制 / Limitation of Liability

软件按「现状」提供，我们尽力保证质量但不对间接损失承担责任。在法律允许的最大范围内， 赔偿责任不超过您实际支付的金额。
